The place is like a old guest house, WITHOUT the sign boards. You will miss to locate it the first time. There is kinda semi circle bulge on the building... If that helps... The staff is very accommodating, we would have to pay some money and even 8 o'clock am checkin was available. Kinda in the middle of Banjara hills but definitely Not you would expect. The staff was very helpful full marks there. Overall it was ok at the 1.8k price.

Room size is very good a bit dated and upkeep is bit poor in bathroom, very difficult to identify the place as no signboard outside the premises, minimal service to be expected. Location is good and practical.

I have been staying here for a long term now because of my job. Unlike majority of the service apartments, this one is "owned" by the management and hence service and support is very "homely". Because they own it so the maintenance is good. The breakfast buffet is the most extensive one unlike other service apartments. The location is definitely an added advantage. The staffs are very co- operative and their business manager Amitji is fully customer focussed and helpful. The management tries to accomodate all requests and never say no to anything. It's been a great experience so far and hopefully would be the same for coming days as well.

No sign board to find the hotel.. dirty rooms. No staff available if you need anything.. and when asked to change the room they said all rooms are full . When i got out of my room two rooms are open no one is in there . Totally wastw of time and money

Centrally located, beautiful place with excellent staff. Would recommend for homely stay with hotel kind of services.
