I have been here in the hotel for 2 days, till now it has been a great experience, wonderful service and food. The staff here is nice, room service is quick and guy named Kamal has been nice and kind. Looking forward to my remaining stay here.

Staff here is very rigid. Not at all flexible by 1 mm . . . They don't intend to work towards providing good customer services, they just try to find out something to talk rudely, roughly and not providing any service. People sitting are also doesnot seem to be well educated or well trained . . . I would recommend everyone to consider other options before going for experiencing this kind of service. . .

Recently had the pleasure of attending an event at Hotel Mumbai house and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we entered the venue, everything was perfectly organized. The mumbai house was warm and welcoming, and the staff was highly professional and attentive throughout. The decoration was elegant, classy, and truly brought the event to life. Every detail — from the lighting to the floral arrangements — was beautifully done. The ambience of the venue was simply magical, making it a perfect setting for special celebrations. I highly recommend hotel Mumbai house to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free event experience. Truly one of the best venues I’ve come across!

We stayed here about 10 days ago. The room was clean and of medium size. The washroom and other facilities were also good. There's a nice restaurant on the first floor where we had some delicious vegetarian meals. I think the restaurant is quite popular because it was almost full when we went for dinner. The hotel is close to the metro station, which makes the location very convenient.
