Click hotels have a unique concept everywhere...here also in midc it has a similar pattern. The location is okay , around 5km from airport..lot of eateries around hence no issues for a quick bite or a morning tea. Food in the coffee shop in 4th floor is good.. rooms are small...of course its mumbai. Washroom is the smallest i have ever seen 4*6ft...too too small for a 6footer or a 100kg healthy guy.

My stay at Hotel CLICK was amazing. The rooms were super clean, and everything smelled fresh. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The service was quick and thoughtful. It felt more like home than a hotel. I’d love to visit again soon.

Elegant hotel located in MIDC, 10-15 minutes distance from Andheri railway station. Environment is clean and beautiful, restaurant is designed beautifully and the food is very tasty made by Chef Siddharth, staff is also very friendly and helping nature. Good hygiene is maintained in the kitchen as well. Overall fabulous experience

I was attending as a trainee for HDFC Bank during my stay, and the hotel provided the perfect comfortable and convenient base. From the moment I arrived, the staff's friendly and helpful nature shone through, making me feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for. A special mention must go to Mr. Sameer, the manager. He is truly a gem for the organization. His management skills are phenomenal, evident in the smooth operation of the hotel and the clear happiness of his team. Beyond his excellent leadership, his client interaction was exceptional, always ensuring guests felt valued and their needs were met with genuine helpfulness. It's clear he fosters a positive and efficient environment for both staff and guests. Equally impressive was Mr. Manjur Bhai, another true gem for the organization. His dedication was phenomenal, consistently going above and beyond to assist guests. For instance, his proactive approach to anticipating needs, such as personally calling to check if I'd be needing dinner when I was likely to be late, truly elevated the guest experience. It's these small, personalized touches that make a significant difference. Overall, the combination of a welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and the outstanding contributions of individuals like Mr. Sameer and Mr. Manjur Bhai made this a truly memorable and delightful stay. I look forward to returning to Click Hotel.
