Booked a hotel from Treebo website in advance Just 1 day before hotel called and said the booking is cancelled. ANd refunded the money. If they cannot hold a advance booking why to take the reservation if they do not understand the meaning of it

Had a Good Experience Positive The receptionist at day was pleasant and had good management skills. Cozy rooms. Clean washrooms. Good Service staff. Negative Low Spacious Rooms Old Lift with two gates. Which will make you force close if someone does not close the gates properly. The night receptionist was mean to calls & guests.

Lots of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel stay. A glass of water for the late arrival after a very long drive. Someone in the elevator lobby to make sure the key card-operated elevator experience works smoothly. Never making you feel like her is asking for too much, and dealing with complaints rapidly and thoroughly. Looking really glad to see us. And of course the Best experience of your OLIVE INN 🫒 The executive hotel. 👌👍👍
