Very bad experience in my travel life… worst room& service also… Such a bad smell… dirty room.. ac also not working properly

I recently booked a room at this lodge, and I had a wonderful stay. Alam Bhai, a staff member there, was extremely courteous and helpful. He ensured excellent service and took great care of everything. A special thanks to Alam Bhai for the outstanding service! I would certainly love to stay here again.

I have been a regular customer of this hotel and usually visit about twice a week. However, during my recent visits, I have faced some issues that I would like to highlight. It feels like rooms are being reserved specifically for hourly and walking customers, and they are given priority. At the same time, for 24-hour or longer stay bookings, rooms are shown as “fully booked” online, even when rooms may actually be available. This creates a lack of transparency and inconvenience for customers. If there are any policies related to pricing or booking differences, they should be handled at the management level. However, they should not affect room availability or customer service. Maintaining accurate and transparent room availability both online and offline is very important. As a regular customer, I expect fair treatment and proper service. I am sharing this feedback in a constructive manner so that improvements can be made in the future.

Rooms and service is good and staff is also polite specially the reception people, standard room size is small but worth the money and very near to airport, other rooms are spacious but you need to pay more.

The room exceeded expectations with its elegant interiors, spotless cleanliness, and premium comfort. The attention to detail and quality of service made the stay truly enjoyable.
