Front office reception folks were not helpful or trying to help adjust our booking due to midnight arrivals. One of them stared at us blankly saying our booking is for the next day, we asked if we need to make another booking or move to another hotel in the middle of the night still no concrete helpful response. We had to literally beg or request by kneeling down with joined hands to adjust the night. Finally they did. Secondly the breakfast area manager did not even explain to us the procedures. We simply ate whatever was available and then noticed few repeat customers ordering dosa coffee etc but we were not told that we could request something not on the buffet section. Next day we had to take domestic flight from NMI airport. When we asked the staff how long it takes to commute they said three hours on a Sunday, lol. It actually took us 55 minutes only. It is their strategy to push us to vacate the rooms early! Not good. Very unprofessional behavior. The only positive experience is the location at T2 and super clean comfortable bed, clean linen, clean bathroom and really cool working AC. I am not sure about going back to this transit hotel especially when there are several great hotels within that vicinity.

Not worth the cost. Next to terminal 2 moreso than "within". The room smelled. They only stocked 1 towel for a booking with two people. All night long it sounded like they were throwing plates and silverware at each other in the kitchen. The did their jobs but weren't overly helpful in answering questions. Breakfast times are not accommodating to travel times. It's nice to not have to take a taxi out of the airport and back for a long overnight layover. For the price, though, you can do a lot better in India.

The best part of the hotel is it's location, right at the arrival at terminal 2, Mumbai Airport. We spent few hours at the hotel in between two flights. Room and amenities are ok. But there was no bathroom mat, 1 bath towel for 2 persons, no hand towels. It took ages to get another towel. I wish they check properly the Rooms and don't trouble the guests who are tired and paying a big amount for few hours of rest. The staff help with luggage, which is great.

Not clean up to hospitality standards, unprofessional I can say. The sheets literally had big spots on them and there was dirt in the corner and edges of bathroom. the toilet flush worked strange, the room smelled of mold. Even after 11 pm there was noise in the corridors ( people talking loudly and scrolling social media). They didn't explain me how to door works, nobody walked me to room and explaio me nothing ( mind you I was a solo woman traveller staying overnight) The buffet had delicious warm dishes but no fresh coffee pot and instant chai mix was kept at the table. The cold dishes looked stale and unsanitary. The juice was so cheap omg I can't talk enough about them. There was no AC In the buffet and (I'm not used to Indian's heat). The staff was very kind and polite though. Altough they were super rude on the email. To explain a bit further on this, I needed an empty mini fridge to keep my medicines, which have to stored at cool temparature. Even though I told them that the medicines are expensive and necessary for my life. They weren't taking me seriously. ( I was ready to pay extra for a mini fridge). So yeah I couldn't sleep the whole night worrying if they will provide me mini fridge or not before my stay. Although they did provide me a mini fridge later.

Spent a night here before an early morning departure, and it was a lovely stay! The entrance is a bit hard to find when driving, so we ended up getting dropped off at departures and then taking the elevator and walking around to find the hotel. It’s very conveniently located, and the rooms are clean and nice! Friendly service too, one staff member walked us to our departure entrance and helped carry our bags really early in the morning.
