I recently stayed at Hotel Bawa Continental in Juhu and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism was evident throughout our stay. The service at this hotel is abysmal. With only one person attending to the entire restaurant, there were significant delays in getting our orders. Even worse, if you don’t make it to breakfast before 9 AM, most of the menu items are already gone, and they do not bother to refill anything. When asked, they simply stated that the items were finished and offered no alternatives or solutions. The condition of the rooms was equally frustrating. The air conditioning units are old and inefficient, failing to cool the room properly. This made for a very uncomfortable stay, especially during the hot days. The beds are outdated with old spring mattresses that caused significant back pain, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, staying at Hotel Bawa Continental was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The combination of rude staff, poor service, inadequate amenities, and uncomfortable rooms makes it a place I would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

I was impressed by their commitment to excellence and would highly recommend bawa continental to anyone. The room service and service at the time of breakfast was slow and was not proper yet it was good.

Stayed 8 night at this hotel. Room was great. Good size for the price, will all the amenities you need such as toiletries, amenity kits, drinks, fridge, etc. The staff were always attentive and friendly. The cleaning team work fast and thorough. The room is consistently clean and you can see that it’s standardized well. I’d say it’s a great value for money. Location is quite good, Juhu is bustling with a lot to do and a lot of food options. Depending what you’re doing, it might be a bit far due to traffic if you need to go to south Mumbai.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The room was dirty, the bath tub was not working, and despite being promised a thematic room, I was given a normal room instead. This did not meet my expectations and left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Bawa Continental. The location is great - close to nice restaurants, bars and shops, and walking distance from Juhu beach. While it is a busy stretch, the hotel is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were nice and tidy. The hot shower was amazing. The morning buffet was great with veg and non veg options. The staff is friendly. We had a quick check in ans checkout. Viraf, stood out with his friendly demeanour and helpful nature. Have to end this review by writing about the amazing food in this hotel. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was fresh and delicious.
