After booking was made, the hotel New Accore Inn called and said there was no room available, and that they will provide alternate hotel "The Dream Residency", same price same terms. I booked from 9pm for 24hrs, but upon arrival at the hotel with my family, the receptionist said the booking is valid only until 11am, if we want till next day 9pm we have to pay additional day charges. Although I showed the booking confirmation email from Bag2bag, they did not care, said talk to whomever you want, this is our policy. So we had no choice but to pay double price. The hotel was very bad, the toilet was stinking, the room was not clean. I am hotelier as well in Goa, if the property has listed on Bag2bag website, then they should honor the rules and regulations, after customer arrives at the property they cannot demand more than what is the booking price. This was very bad experience, I will tell all hoteliers and friends in my circle, never to book from Bag2bag.com. this was first and last time.
