I will be very honest. I stayed there for three days. #Location - not good. Surroundings are like slum but they will not cause you any problem during stay. Hotel is on road side but there is a very ordinary local village type market behind hotel where you can buy nominal things. #Room - not well painted. Stains on wall. AC, tv, fan work properly. No powercut. Water is available. From window very foul smell comes. #Cleanliness - very bad. Bedsheets, pillow covers are not clean at all. You will find traces of hairs inside room. #Bathroom - small size, bucket is dirty, very small washing basin. #Receptionist - not well trained, no welcome gesture, he will talk point to point, shouts at his co-workers. But he do not cause you a problem if you mind your own business. @some important things- nearest station is Jogeshwari. Auto will charge you 50Rs. @Nearest bus stop is few steps ahead. You can ask it from any local. Bus will drop you at andheri station. @carry your own food. No restaurant near by. Only local market where you can find chai, vadapao, biscuits atc. ### Overall I will not suggest for couples and families. But if you want low budget and this hotel show you cheap rooms. You can book. Ps: book only if you do not find any option. One more thing - reviews which praising the hotel are totally fake.

Very small rooms there is no ventilation hotel don't have any permission. Front desk persons they don't know rules how to talk customers . Not suitable for couples only suitable for bar and pub

Front desk person have no idea about arrangements with online booking rules. It was embarassing situation while check in. It was sorted out after owner interference. Location is awesome. Room is also good. Will not suggest for couples stay.

The hotel was new and the room was small but compact and well decorated but the location was extremely difficult to find. I had to roam outside for half an hour to find the hotel and they were not even receiving phone call. Moreover the service was very slow, we had to wait for more than 15 mins for a glass to drink water. They were unable to receive payment through card and for that we had to wait for more than half an hour before we were finally allowed to check in.
