I had a great stay at Aurika Hotel. I had a work business trip and stayed there for a month. From the entrance staff and reception I was welcomed all the time and they were always very nice and polite, reception staff they were always attentive to all my requests. The hotel ambiance it’s very nice and the room was amazing, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Many thanks to Mr. Vijay and Mr. Sunil from the housekeeping department who took care of my room and kept it always spotless and fresh. The breakfast and room service were also very good and the staff at the breakfast were always very polite and attentive. I had also a good experience at the spa and had a very good massage. Overall I had a very good stay in this hotel and I totally recommend it! Thanks to all staff for their kindness and help and hospitality!

My primary reason to book it was that it was part of the Lemon Tree Umbrella, but I was wrong. No where close to Lemon Tree, forget Luxory By Lemon Tree. It starts with The Security damaging our bags at the gate while checking the car. Upon informing the staff at the reception, he was just operating as if he was programmed, one apology and then back to just focusing on whats included and whats chargeable to the guests. The food was not up to the mark at the buffet breakfast. The room amenities were standard n nothing luxurious, and to top it all, they kept drilling n hammering, which disturbed our sleep. We informed them, and the duty manager says I will get it stopped. It stops for a while and then starts again. Again a call to the Duty Manager who says I have stopped it. Why give rooms or open the hotel before you have finished all the work. Honestly not worth the premium price that they are currently demanding due to the algorithm hike that hotels get. The Food definitely and the overall ambience is just pretty normal. Even other individual hotels maintain these Standards. Brands should have been doing better

I stayed in this hotel for a few weeks in a business trip, it's amazing. The rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff is so friendly and hardworking. I would like to thank specially Suhasina, from housekeeping department, she kept my room in perfect condition from the beginning to the end, all the best for her.

I am a doctor by profession. The reception desk are untrained. Initially said, room not booked on my name, later said he didn't see properly. Room internet had to be logged in by IT person. Tv internet based channels not working. Food quality is stale and not good. Overall, hotel is new, neat good looking but staff needs more training, humble, courteous, food quality needs improvement. Brand new hotel, amazing staff, good food for breakfast as well. Rooms are nice, quiet and the housekeeping staff is just amazing. There is mostly one super nice and good housekeeper (Savita) that takes care of all my needs. I give her a 5 stars
