Worst experience eve. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel. No proper service and there was no cleanliness in the room and washroom. No gyeser was working. You can literally the cockroach roaming on your bed. These guys are scam the charge more for early check in. A big NO from my side to this hotel

Hotel manager behavior is very rude, Oyo bookings won't be considered, Oyo online payment k baad bhi booking confirm nhi hoti h. Please do not book the hotel from Oyo. Also, I booked for 3 adults but they have provided room for 2 only, and rooms are too conjusted and non hygienic. Iske name pr mat jana, international likha h but services third class h. Family k sath nhi rukna chahiye iss hotel main, dangy hotel h. Also, hotel k counter pr hi note lga hua h ki online bookings won't be considered.

Average hotel located at the main road from Saki Naka to Powai. The entrance of the hotel is very small and you’ll have to walk behind and all the rooms are located on first and second floor. The rooms are OK. The services is also OK or near to average but at this cost I feel it is fine enough if you’re just willing to have a room to keep your bags and room around in the city or to get your work done, there are no much of good food options outside but at few meters there is McDonald’s located and also the absolute barbecue overall experience was okayish

If there was a provision to provide zero stars I would wholeheartedly provided zero stars for this place. To give you all a context I will elaborate we guys me and my 2 friends booked room in this hotel based on their ratings and when we first entered their place for check in we felt something shady. As they charged extra for room more than what we booked from OYO. We thought okay as it was night and we had no other options so we booked their and after that we ordered food to eat and they basically charged double the price even for a bottle of water. The funny part is that If we are ordering food from the outside they told they will charge 50 RS extra per food item. Because they utilised our helplessness we ordered the food. To be honest the food was excellent and that is the only part excellent with this hotel. When we put on the AC for sleeping we found out that the AC was not working and we complained to one room boy he came and told there is nothing wrong and blamed us for not knowing how to operate the AC. Okay we agreed and did the way as he told to, but after 10 mins the AC went off again and we again called the reception and told our problem. This time another room boy came and when we asked him to give us another room he said this either you can stay in this room or you can leave. I am reminding you the time is 11.00 PM when this was happening we complained to OYO about this and they contacted us and told we can do nothing but only give 50% reimbursement that too through the wallet. I did not understand the logic of what's behind all this we came all the way from Kerala for attending a training programme and this is the way they are treating us. We have barely stayed for 3 hours. The behaviour of staffs and all are very rude. I am suggesting everyone those who are booking room in this hotel please be cautious. Or else you will also end up like us. We vacated the room on midnight and don't know where to go.

Hotel Manager's behavior is very rude and disrespective. The reception staff also behaves same. If there are very less coming visitor's, The reason are these people. Please give training's like how to treat a visitor or How to respect the visitor. Visitor's are like prayer to us. They give blessings if you serve them in better way. Please look into this. Very dissapointed. Not expecting this, as the looks of the hotel were very impressive. Hotel Manager & staff 👎
