Property Rules
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

Such a pathetic experience... Not recommendable at all.... Worst room... Unhygienic bedsheets cockroaches were roaming... Behavior of the staff was very rude.... That receptionist doesn't have manners how to deal with the guests... Not feeling to give one star as well

Worst experience, they scammed me, I booked from OYO and even I paid by OYO now they’re stating that we are not partnering with OYO, and worst staff ever experienced I lost my money, guys don’t do same mistake like me.

They have too small space of rooms to charge according to what they do, their rooms were not clean and not just that we found a house centipede on the bed while being complaining on the same we were blamed for getting the same inside the room and in fact denied to get rid of the same for which we were disgusted and not liking the behaviour of the same we wanted to leave the room though it had hardly been 2 hours. While trying to ask for compensation they turned out to be blaming us for "carrying" a house centipede inside and blatantly denied for any such compensation or even allotting Another room in that case. However, when we tried escalating such kind of their staff behaviour towards the manager, the manager was is no position to listen at all and started stating his point of view, and when asked for the terms and conditions for, he denied to provide the same And stated that they did not have any such terms and conditions to be provided, shamefully stating that we are free to complain any local authority with the same. It is not possible that a business which is registered with the local county has no terms and conditions which is the first thing that needs to be done while starting a business. To conclude request you to please not visit this place despite all the good reviews it may get but this is the most honest and humble review this place can receive according to the service provided.

Horrible Experience!! Paid more than 1800 for double occupancy for which I got a room as big as the bed with barely any walking space. The bed was quite small with two pillows making it a so called "double occupancy". Dirty bedsheet, dirty blanket, overpriced water bottles and broken sockets were some highlights. On oyo, it was non refundable. And for double, the made me pay 500 extra. They told me that they could change my checkout time only if I pay 200 more. And remember I had already paid more than the price of their double occupancy. In short, avoid it if you can.

@riteshagar @oyorooms We had a booking in hotel avenue on 14th sept 2022. We had pre-paid the booking amount of 2400 rs but when we arrived the hotel the receptionist asked for additional 2900 rs. But while booking there was no such additional payment mentioned. So we denied to give the additional amount but we were with huge luggage so we had no other options to stay there. After many request that person allowed us 1 room for 3hrs only. Ok the whole thing I am tweeting because the hotel was earing through online without giving any service and not letting anyone stay there. Also the hotel was being used for couples for 1hr and for 1k. So the receptionist was not leting anyone to stay. I request you to please strict your policies. Business does not mean only spreading worldwide but also quality service. I would request you to remove that hotel from your list and refund atleast half my payment as I had not fully availed the service. Also a severe investigation is required as the hotel was doing the same with every customer. I will also file a consumer court complaint against this crime. Even the 2400 was my hardearned money.
