If you ever plan to have a function here, avoid it. Went for a function recently and was the worst starters I have ever eaten, watered down cold drinks and soggy appetizers. The staff seemed to be hired from some local caterers and were shabbily trained. The food was below average and the noodle tasted like one made on the roadside . I was actually hit by a mild loose motions. The toilets were dirty and stinking. Absolutely avoidable

We went there for get-together on 8 th floor Banquet hall. Ambiance is nice, We had Pure Vegetarian food. Its good but not extraordinary.

I hosted my engagement party and trust me it was the best decision made. Everything was done so well that all my guests enjoyed the party. Food was good even the staff was very very helpful. There was nothing that was not right. I would really thank Mr Shaikh and Mr Savio for being there and helping us throughout the function.

We had a Birthday function on Tuesday 12th Dec 2023 in the Hotel Karl Residency in Lallubhai Park area, Andheri West. We selected this venue as we liked the ambience and also found the food quality comparatively better at the time of food testing. But on the event day it was disappointing to find the food quality not up to the mark considering Rs 900/- rate per plate. The Hotel should seriously look into this matter. We are happy to state that the air conditioning system of the venue is excellent. The hall is good for the mob of upto 100-150 person, provided good there is an improvement in the food quality.

Very Bad Experience it won't matter to Mr Karl nor his staff n the Managers I had a small birthday party o the 25th Dec 2023 at the Ban quet... After the guest wishing my wife .. and after the party we went home he found out that the four gift packets which was containing gold went missing these were last four guest who had wished my wife .. we immediately called Mr Sheikh as Savio was on leave for Christmas I told Mr Sheikh to show us the footage as there was a CCTV installed in the banquet day 1 he agreed to show the Footage next day Mr Sheikh complained that the engineer was not ready to come I kept calling them Mr Rohan is a very arrogant person He also denied it .. Later they Made me Speak to Mr Karl ..He is worst then all that is why his Managers And Staff have the audacity of insulting the Clients .. Mr Karl told me that it was my responsibility to take care of my belongings I agree for what he said,then why is the CCTV installed I asked him. Mr Karl told me that the CCTV are installed but nothing was recorded as they weren't working so he was going to install a new one .. He even told me you can go to Zuhu Police Station and lodge a complaint bcose he knew that no one would help me for this ..they all seen the Footage n knew it was among the staff who stole my Packets .. it is very Transparent that even the staff Members might be knowing that the CCTV Arent working that is why it was among one of them to pick the packets Karl Residency hotel staff Members are thieves And worst of all is the Owner who has no respect for the ladies and very Arrogant towards the ladies... They treat the clients very badly..I would Rate nothing for the hotel..
