Disappointing Stay Due to Unprofessional Staff I recently stayed at your hotel and, regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the bellboy known as KK, rather than the front desk staff, was responsible for assigning rooms to guests. Traditionally, room allocation is managed by the reception or front desk personnel to ensure proper coordination and guest satisfaction. ​ Hospitality Management Training Furthermore, the bellboy called KK exhibited a dismissive attitude throughout our interaction. When I inquired about the possibility of an early departure, he threatened that no refund would be provided if we chose to leave before the scheduled date. While I understand that refund policies vary, such matters are typically handled by management or front desk staff, not by bellboys. ​ This experience left me feeling unwelcome and apprehensive about seeking assistance from other staff members. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future guests from encountering similar problems.​

Miss communication Food also very bad . Waste of money thats all. Worst of all, when I had an issue with my room (the AC wasn’t working), the manager refused to help and just kept making excuses instead of finding a solution. The lack of customer service here is shocking. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else The staff here clearly doesn’t care about their guests. From check-in to check-out, it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The front office staff is very rude.
