Rooms -no cleaning full of dust everywhere, not good for allergic patients Morning 3hrs water not come we changed all our programs bcoz of that we asked extra 3hrs and they charged₹1000 for that 3hrs stay. very bad service not recommended 👎🏻

I am very disappointed with the service and rude behaviour of the staff. My work peers and I had booked a room at this facility. We called them and gave our confirmation on date and check-in / check out time. Upon the time of arrival we were asked to wait since none of the rooms were ready. One of the staff rudely responded and paid no heed to our requests that was already provided earlier. For a 9AM check in , the staff said he will only give us the room at 12 and expected us to wait until then. Horrible service. We finally booked another service apartment right opposite to this place. This place was also priced high. Glad we didn’t take up or utilise any of their service. 0 stars

I and my colleagues had made a reservation for a room at this establishment, but our experience was extremely disappointing. Despite confirming the date and check-in/check-out time over the phone, we arrived to find that none of the rooms were ready. Our prior requests were disregarded by one of the staff members, who responded rudely. Even though our check-in time was at 9 AM, we were informed that the room would only be available at 12 PM. This level of service was completely unacceptable. As a result, we made the decision to book another service apartment located across from this place. Additionally, the prices at this establishment were exorbitant. Fortunately, we chose not to utilize any of their services. In my opinion, they deserve a 0-star rating.

The room was very small .... No room space to walk in the room my leg was injured. No floor mat also and no chair to sit ... Would recommend to improve please.
