Had the worst experience ever. Staff was totally rude. I was told I can avail an early check in and early check out and they got me to check in to the hotel at 1 am and then asked me pay for 2 days if I wanna stay post 11 am. None of the ac in any of the rooms were working, bed sheets or towels were not clean and the bed was also of bad quality. When I raised my concern the manager started yelling . Their words are totally untrustworthy. If he had said it’s not possible I should have gone with another option.

Room lock didn't work, not enough light beside the wardrobe. Worst of all, roaches/small insects near the room/bathroom.. Great location and service. If only they could fix basic hygiene..

We booked the hotel for 2 days. Beds sheets were soiled with all stains. When, we complained they said there is no staff and they cannot do anything about it. Bathrooms were unwashed and smelly. We couldn't sleep whole night due to bed bugs and dust mite Place has a very shady vibe and felt uncomfortable for a family stay We had online booking for two days and we had to vacate first thing in morning as staying in this hotel was unbearable. There was no refund despite our asking and complains

NAHOR & JOGESH ! Tierra Woods,Treebo Trend, Halsuru, Bangalore -8 Take My Word,Trade license of your Hotels will be cancelled for sure ! You both have been cheating on GST & TDS while paying rents to tha landlords & also you both have sublet The properties without their knowledge which is against the rental agreement.So takecare & better be careful
