Used this branch for the first time ( near club road). Found it not as good as the one in Sector 6. Receptionist was quite slow and seemed untrained ( although he was polite). Although we reached there at 3 pm ( 1 hour after checkin time) , room was not ready . This , unfortunately seems to be a habit with Bloom hotels. Faced the same issue at the Sector 6 hotel last month. Service was quite slow. Rooms were clean and well maintained. They provide fridges on alternate floors with free paper boat juices, tonic water and sodas ( latter 2 in cans) and of course drinking water which is a good touch. Breakfast was average with a limited spread as can be expected in a small business hotel chain of this kind. No filter coffee available. Replenishment at the buffet was slow. One had to ask the single steward to do it. All in all, would not prefer to stay again at this branch.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bloom hotel. The staff were really polite and professional. They had a prompt service for all our needs. The food is also nice. The rooms are well kept and neat. Thanks for a pleasant experience

I love this hotel and when I come back to visit friends I will stay here again. The rooms are clean and the service is attentive. The staff is so nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend this as it's also within walking distance of all kinds of shops and restaurants.

Stay was so good and amazing. The service is also nice. I feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Divya Prakash Singh he make me stay very nice. Food was too excellent.

The Staff was extremely friendly and were very accomodative to our requests. Rahul Yadav in front Desk Ram & Allam in House Keeping were especially Courteous. Wishing them all the very best :)
