My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was very small and had almost no ventilation. The fan was inadequate and the room felt uncomfortable throughout the night. To make matters worse, there were rats in the room, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. There was also a horrible smell in and around the room that made the stay unbearable. The restroom was in very poor condition, unhygienic, and not properly maintained. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort.

1. Rooms are Infested with cockroaches. 2. Rooms are not as per shown. Worst rooms ever. 3. Public toilets are better than their toilets. 4. Receptionist asked me to cancel booking from oyo app which cost 800 for single guest per room and asked me to pay 1600. Later on came to realise that single guest or 2 guest costs the same.

The staff behaviour is very rude and harsh, where I have booked through Agoda and arrived at 2:00PM to check-in, however the Receptionist denied the entry as I need to pay extra Rs. 200 per day to his own personal scanner and I denied saying that I have paid enough while booking and later he was not listening so I agreed to pay once I see the room. While going on stairs (Since there's no lift as well) he was bitching saying that I didn't paid the money with other guy in Hindi considering that I don't know Hindi. After getting into the room, there was no AC and Geyser and the roof was having leakages. Asked for other room they denied saying it's the only room. Later I have connected with Customer support executive of Agoda, even to the customer support executive when I have called Receptionist was very rude. And he agreed to get the AC repaired in two days and asked me to adjust. All these took almost till 03:45PM. Had to cancel or push many meetings while these things going on. And had meeting at 4pm and around 4:30-5PM other customer support executive called me saying that there's another property of the same owner at different location and they agreed to change to other location without any additional cost and I said I will change after 8PM as I have many meetings scheduled. Meanwhile in the bed, I noticed many bedbugs and Cockroach as well. As soon as the Receptionist got to know this out by 5:30PM, he came and made so much unnecessary drama at my room and made me to vacate immediately within next 2 minutes. I felt like staying on Road would be much more better and peaceful than these insulting behaviour of the Receptionist. Attached some of the photos that I've clicked for evidence. ⭐ 1 Star – Worst Hotel Experience Ever (Bangalore) I live in Bangalore and my family recently came to visit me. Since I stay in a PG, I booked this hotel for them. I have stayed in many hotels across different places, but I have never seen a hotel as disgusting as this one. The rooms are in terrible condition. There were bed bugs everywhere, making it impossible to sleep. There is no proper room service, and if you request anything, the same person who brings plates also cleans the washroom. Even before finishing the work, they start asking for money. They charge extra money for every small service that is normally included in hotels. The curtains smelled extremely bad, the washroom was unhygienic, and there was no toilet seat. The bucket and mug had a thick layer of moss, and the sink did not work. There were no windows, making the room feel suffocating. They also do not provide bills, do not accept online payments, and only take cash. On top of all this, the room rent is unreasonably high for such horrible conditions. This place is completely unprofessional and unhygienic. I strongly recommend everyone: DO NOT EVER BOOK OR VISIT THIS HOTEL.

Pathetic place, don't book this and spoil your stay. First of all they deny all kind of online bookings and demand extra money minimum 300 rupees extra to allot your prepaid room. Then they allot rooms where AC is not working, TV is not available, All sockets are not working, bathroom is filthy, no geyser, No hot water, beds dirty with full of bed bugs, mosquitos, smelly rooms, dirty bed sheets, dirty dead pillows, dustful rooms, no lift or escalators, no visitors allowed even in day time. Your health will definitely spoil if you stay here more than 12 hours. It's totally a negative place not even worth of 100 rupees and they demand 1500 rupees for such pathetic room. When complained they shout at you that you're the only person who is complaining like this, till now nobody has complained it seems. 1. No AC 2. Fans full of dust 3. No hot water 4. Cockroaches everywhere on floor 5. Very Bad odour in rooms will give you sleepless nights 6. Bed Bugs everywhere on bed 7. Unclean washrooms, very bad smell you will vomit for sure. 8. Bed sheets were dirty 9. Pillows dustful and dead 10. No power sockets working, not even a single 11. No TV 12. No lifts 13. No visitor allowed anytime 14. Rude behaviour of staff 15. Staff shouts on you when complained 16. Fraud place where they ask for more money than what you have paid online when booked by any app 17. No Geyser or hot water 18. No ventilation 19. Glass and curtains were full of dust 20. Too much of noise 21. Towel, lenin was dirty. 22. They made us wait a lot for checkin as they demand more and more money by bluffing us.
