Worst part of this PG is the deposit return. After moving out, Hari stopped responding and kept pushing refund dates. One month later, no deposit. Zero accountability and false assurances. Think twice before paying any security amount here.

Avoid this PG if you value your money. The manager Hari is not trustworthy when it comes to returning the security deposit. It has been over a month since I vacated, and my deposit is still not refunded. He keeps changing dates, doesn’t respond to calls or messages, and completely ghosts once you leave. No accountability and no respect for his own words. Very unprofessional experience.

The PG manager Hari is not returning the security deposit since last 4 months. The reason why I left this PG was that the rooms had plenty of bed bugs which made my stay horrible in this PG. Inspite of repeated reminders the manager and owner didn't do anything for the bed bugs issue and also they haven't returned the security deposit. Deposit nightmare. Vacated over a month ago and still no refund. Manager Hari ignores calls and messages and keeps changing his promises. Completely unreliable. Would not recommend this PG to anyone.

You will not receive your advance back. Don't take this PG if you want to save your advance. I stayed for just 15 days, and paid Rs 27000( incl the advance which is not returned from last 2 months) It would have been wiser if I have opted for hotel instead which would have been much more convenient
