No doubt rooms are small and okay, but no proper hygiene. Seems like they never washed the bedsheet. Washroom was good but untidy bed. Towels are like very old kind given. The big reg flag is that the photos on the internet is no where related to their actual room. They show luxury room pics and give us a stupid room. There’s no parking here too

We had a reservation done through an OTA. The hotel refused to give us a room or refund. The reception manager punched me in the face and I was bleeding. We filed an FIR against the hotel staff.

Worst Experience I ever had.!!!! I had stayed two times in this hotel and the service provided by the staffs are really pathetic.!!! They wont even pick the call for room service and even though in reception. They wont recharge the tv at all and if we are asking for recharge, they will simply tell they are not able to recharge and site is down.!! Some cliche dialogues we can hear from them. They dont even provided any tea sets and I called them two times and they told that they will arrange but later they dont even pick the call. The bed sheets are yellowish in colour and seems like those are from the day when the hotel started.!! Not hygienic at all.!!!! Really dont waste your money by going there🙏

Spacious room, value for money, polite staff, great service. Perfect for someone visiting IIM B. But, there is an issue of hot water. The tap needs to be running for 5-10 minutes to start getting hot water, which leads to a huge wastage. I have raised this issue with the staff but writing it here so that it gets fixed soon. Another issue - I urge you to develop some kind of loyalty system for those visiting regularly, due to their visits to IIM and they get more perks so that they stay loyal to you. Due to its absence, I will be open to looking for other hotels for my next visit.

Rooms are not well maintained at all. They charge a big amount for their rooms but the there are a lot of carpentry issues, repair works in the room. The TV wall mount was broken, the guy at the reception was talking to us as if he was doing a favour for us, parking area is very dirty and the entry and exit to the parking area is very slippery. I don’t recommend this place!
