Staff- excellent. Service- good. The people are helpful in this hotel and the rooms are nice. They take good care of the rooms as the housekeeping staff regularly asks for cleaning the room. One of the good and cheap options available in Kormangala. You have decent dining options around this hotel plus you can also order food online as the hotel doesn't really have a restaurant. They do offer breakfast with options like parathas, idlis, vadas, fruits and coffee.

The hotel is just next to cafe coffee day, and is easily approachable. The rooms are nice and spacious. The mattress quality was not that great. The staff is extremely courteous and ready to help. The breakfast is good, but they can have more variations every day.

The staff were very polite. Nice ambience. I stayed there for one night. However, expected better clean up of rooms before handing over to next guest. My room had used towels left and the key card to open the room never worked. Went up and down to the reception multiple times and finally they gave me a manual key since none of the key cards worked. The supply of hot water in the washroom was also not proper.

I went to the hotel to meet my relatives. First impression was awesome. Nice location, nice interior (at least whatever I have seen). No idea about the service and staff. But it has a very impactful negative point. They don't allow visitors to go to the room. You have to sit at the reception only and meet your guests. So you couldn't even spend some personal time with the guests visiting you.

The hotel is not upto the mark as recommended by goibibo.They do not provide bathing soap in the rooms nor there is shaving or brushing kit. When I asked for a shaving kit they said that I will have to pay Rs 50.00 as that’s management policy and charged me.Any room can be opened by any card key.We had booked 3 rooms and on trying to open my room with the other room key I was able to open.Every time I was given a separate card key with a different number which did not match my room number. They need to improve on many aspects.I was in the hotel from 21 to 24th of March 2019.
