We got the second floor's room and the rooms, bathroom was very clean indeed. The room is very spacy, the bed is large enough with a balcony. Loved it!

Room was clean in most places, but really dirty in a few others like the bedside. Cockroaches in bathroom and on pillow. Toilet was getting backflush of dirty brown water from somewhere else. Soap was not provided so we used our own. Food was okay.

Not really a posh place to stay. A manageable one I'd say. Just a basic one. Tariff is pretty less so kinda economic. They do not serve food. But since it's near the food street that's not really an issue. So, if you have a limited budget this place is fine. People coming for weddings with no. Of families prefer this place to stay.

It’s clear the property hasn’t seen much upkeep, and a thorough renovation would go a long way in modernizing the space and improving its appeal. Located on a busy street, accessibility is a challenge. Navigating through the crowded area can be frustrating, and the lack of adequate parking space only adds to the inconvenience. We struggled to find a spot, which made the experience less than ideal from the start. While the staff was polite, the overall ambiance and facilities didn’t meet expectations for a comfortable stay or event. The venue has potential, but it urgently needs upgrades to its infrastructure, better parking solutions, and a refreshed look to compete with other options in the area. I’d recommend considering these improvements to elevate the guest experience.

Clean rooms, clean washrooms. Proper service when asked for and staff is helpful. Good for family. Safety wise it is very good.
