Firstly, Fab hotels is the worst. They only respond when you have to book a room. They speak to you very nicely but once you pay the amount you can forget talking to them ever again. We faced an issue with the booking and tried contacting customer service but no, they do not even pick up the phone and you just can’t reach them as your number is already saved under booking hence our issue was not resolved .Also, I don’t really know how this place has 4 stars! First of all it’s definitely not a 3 star hotel. It’s very basic as in; the mattress and bedding are alright but you find that all the bathroom fixtures are not working properly. Health wash, shower,taps, everything has some issue or the other. Also no amenities in the bathroom except for 1 small bottle of shampoo and 2 towels. Not even soap! And also, when it rains water comes into the room(suite room). The exterior photos are also taken in way that the actual location is not visible. It is right on the road with parking in a narrow parking lot or the road. It is alright if you are looking for a budget hotel with location convenience but it is definitely not on the luxurious side. The owner/manager was quite helpful though and spoke pleasantly.

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU CAN - The room had hair on the bed - There was no bed sheet - just the mattress cover - There were hair on the floor - The blanket has holes in it And the hotel staff is extremely rude. When I asked for a early check out they simply said I have to contact the booking site - and just ignored the request.

The room itself was average, with acceptable neatness and cleanliness. The amenities were decent—there was a kettle, along with coffee powder and tea bags, which was a nice touch. Towels, soap, and shampoo were also provided. One thing to note: after the 11 am checkout time, the hotel charges an extra ₹200 per hour. Overall, it’s a reasonable stay with a few perks, but be mindful of the extra checkout charges. !

I have stayed at Fab Hotel Royal Suites a few times during my business visits to the city, and every stay has been a pleasant experience. The rooms are neatly maintained with decent amenities that make for a comfortable stay. Room service is excellent and prompt, and I never faced any issues throughout my visits. The hotel also provides parking facilities, which is a big plus. The staff and room boys are very polite and helpful, making the overall experience even better. One highlight is the rooftop area, a nice spot to relax and unwind in the evenings or at night. Overall, a reliable place . Definitely recommend!
