Inside Lift and outside lift area is very smelly like a public toilet room. Rooms are not as good as it shows in pic 😒..since it's next to main road, you may endup keeping windows closed all day to avoid heavy traffic noise..overall average experience

This used to be a nice place. Rooms are still decent. However management is clueless, service is screwed up. We were denied breakfast at first, then served cold and insufficient breakfast saying it’s over. And breakfast is just dosa. Even after requesting for early checkin and confirming 3 times, guests had to wait in lobby for 4 hours even though room was there. Our first stay a year ago was comfortable and easy, not this time.

My recent experience with Hotel Urban Jade in Bangalore was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking a room a week in advance, I arrived to find out that they had overbooked and couldn't accommodate me. Their excuse was a supposed "application glitch" that led to extra bookings, which left me feeling incredibly frustrated and inconvenienced. The fact that they didn't have a room available after confirming my reservation well in advance is inexcusable. They offered to shift me to a nearby hotel as a solution to their own mistake, and I reluctantly agreed, hoping for the best. However, my experience at the alternative hotel they arranged was even worse. It was clear that Hotel Urban Jade had not done their due diligence in selecting a suitable alternative. The replacement hotel was subpar in every way imaginable, from cleanliness and comfort to service and amenities. It was a stark contrast to what I had initially expected from Hotel Urban Jade. I cannot express my disappointment enough with the way this situation was handled. As a guest who had made proper arrangements well ahead of time, I expected better from a reputed establishment like Hotel Urban Jade. The inconvenience, stress, and disappointment caused by their mismanagement left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that the management at Hotel Urban Jade takes these issues seriously and works diligently to prevent such mishaps in the future. My experience was far from what one would expect from a hotel of their caliber, and I sincerely hope that others do not have to go through a similar ordeal.

The staff is a major dissappointment. They are unprofessional and untrained. Cleanliness isn't maintained at all. The culinary provided is dirty. Overall not worth for the money.
