Wonderful Experience at Sujatha Hotel! We booked 4 family rooms at Sujatha Hotel on a weekend and had really great experience. We booked directly at the hotel, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were spacious and hygienic. Location is next to Koshy's hospital at Ramamurthy Nagar, and has good connectivity. 10 minutes delivery from apps like Zepto and Swiggy Instamart is available if you need anything. Overall a great stay, will definitely recommend it.

Decent stay for affordable good quality stays. Family friendly and the staff was multi-lingual and understanding. The location might not be close to major city attractions, but overall a decent place to spend the night without worrying much.

Rooms were neat and clean. Found No bed bugs or any mosquito even though I took non AC room. They should give water bottle as a complementary to there customer. Apart from this the hotel is good to stay.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Sujatha International, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru. I came to Bangalore for interview purposes and stayed here for one week. Before booking, the receptionist told me the AC room price was ₹1,200, and after requesting as a student, he agreed to give it for ₹1,000. But after check-in, the AC was not working properly and the room had no ventilation. When I requested another room, they kept saying no rooms were available. Later, suddenly the same receptionist said AC rooms were available again, but now the price became ₹1,800. After bargaining, he reduced it to ₹1,500, but still refused my request for ₹1,200 even after explaining my situation as a student. The most disappointing part was the rude behavior of the receptionist. He spoke very harshly to customers and even asked extra money for room cleaning because I changed rooms due to their own room problems. I also noticed he maintained two separate registers and was not transparent with room entries and availability information. Middle-class people come to cities with dreams and career hopes. Treating customers like this is completely unfair. I request the hotel management to seriously monitor the reception staff because such behavior damages the hotel’s reputation. Overall experience: Poor management, inconsistent pricing, rude behavior, and disappointing customer service.

Definitely recommending others to go ahead with the booking!!! ❤️ I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Bangalore for about 3–4 days. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well-managed. The facilities were well-maintained, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was consistent, and the overall environment of the hotel felt safe and welcoming. One of the highlights of my experience was the reception staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk. He was extremely polite, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He patiently cleared all my doubts, guided me whenever I needed assistance, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across such attentive service, and it really made a difference. Another great aspect was the 24/7 availability of support, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. Whether it was a small query or a request, the staff was always ready to help. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I would definitely choose to book this hotel again whenever I visit Bangalore in the future❤️
