Pros:
▪︎Location is good. Street food & fastfood is closeby (5-10mins walk)
▪︎Quick and affordable eatery options near apartment are Laziz Restaurant, Superstar Biryani, Kathi Roll, Matru Sagar (now Udupi House)
▪︎Rooms have functional AC but without remote so you can't control the temp.
▪︎Swiggy Zomato delivers to door step.
▪︎Good for solo travellers and as well as groups. They have 2bhk & 3bhk flats.
▪︎Rs.1200 for 2pax is a good deal (Attached bathroom, unlimited free wifi, hot & cold water for shower, bed, AC, drinking water) **Price as per July 2023**
▪︎Laundry available (contact reception for details)
Cons:
▪︎Fixed rate. No matter how long you plan to stay.
▪︎Staff behavior isn't good.
▪︎Building gate shuts around 12am so no SWIGGY ZOMATO or late night entries after 12am unless informed prior and contacted to the responsible person.
▪︎Torned/burnt bedsheets & pillow cases
▪︎Some non-functional bathrooms (as of July 2023)
▪︎No remote controller for AC
▪︎No pre-bookings (better if walk-in, they usually have rooms available except for Diwali)
▪︎No proper room service
▪︎Dirty cupboards
▪︎Stiff beds (leads to backpain)
▪︎Kitchen area given but no stoves/microwave however plates & small bowls are given.

1. We had made Full prior payment for the booking on November 23. However The property owner at the reception demanded extra payment of Rs 2500 over the amount I had already paid.
2. The rooms were shabby, smelling of cigrettes, the bedsheets were Torn, not worth staying for any guest. The pictures displayed on the Oyo website for the property are misleading.
3. The property owner was rude he was unfriendly and uncooperative, his eyes were bloodshot and he reeked of alcohol.
I am very dissaappointed as a first time customer of Oyo. Oyo customer service is also hopeless and the don't support the customer.

Kindly don't book this hotel,
If u pay through online u will get it in cheap rate, but once u go for check in they will say rooms are under maintenance will provide another hotel, (that is too far from this location), if u give more money then u will get the rooms there itself, money minded people (both manager and receptionist), if u pay 500rs more u will get the room, booking this hotel pay extra 300-500 rs and book some other hotel. Trust me oyo customer support team will not help u for this. Simply don't waste the money. Customer handling is rude
