Right from check-in to checkout, Vividus Bangalore delivered a seamless and soothing welcome experience. I booked two Deluxe Rooms for two days. The hotel was very clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly — overall a pleasant stay. However, there were two areas of disappointment: 1. Special requests were not considered. We had clearly mentioned adjoining rooms and a honeymoon decoration as part of the booking, but nothing was arranged, nor did anyone check with us about it. 2. Room amenities issue. In one of the rooms, the TV channels and the curtain motor were not working. I didn’t want to keep calling or ask for a room change repeatedly since we were spending most of our time outside and didn’t want the hassle of packing and moving again. Apart from these two concerns, everything else was good.

Excellent hotel - value for money, good quality rooms, amazing customer service. Mr.Shantanu Goswami , who is the Desk Manager was very helpful. He provided early checkin and room upgrades and help make our stay pleasant

They don't respond to emails all too well, but the in-person service was excellent. The rooms are good, clean and modern. The breakfast was also better than other hotels in Kanartaka that I've recently stayed in - it has a large spread and the individual dishes were very tasty.

We Have stayed in Vividus Hotel, staff was good responsive. Bikash senior house keeping assistant was given good service.Food was also good. Thank you Vividus Staff.
