We even called two days before to confirm, and they promised to call back—but never did. On arrival, even though the room was ready, they made us wait for an hour and then charged ₹900 for just one hour of early check-in. This is extremely disappointing and shows poor customer service. Definitely not what we expected after such a long journey.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. Both of us had clearly printed discounts on our reservations, yet none of them were honored. This is misleading, unfair, and reflects a serious lack of transparency and integrity. My mother and I (two ladies) had booked this stay because I had an exam nearby. After traveling for more than 12 hours, we expected a smooth check-in for our 4-day stay—especially since early check-in was mentioned as complimentary for 2 hours on the booking website. We even called two days prior to confirm this and were promised a callback that never came. Despite the room being fully ready when we arrived, we were made to wait for an hour and then charged ₹900 for just a single hour of early check-in. This is unacceptable, especially after a long and exhausting journey. It shows complete disregard for customer comfort and basic hospitality. Things only got worse during checkout. Our booking clearly showed a 15% discount on food and drink orders, but this was also not honored. When we questioned it after seeing the bill, we were told that discounts must be mentioned while ordering and that they do not apply to room service or breakfast—none of which was communicated to us at check-in. Even after pointing it out, the staff refused to acknowledge the mistake and instead blamed each other. Front desk blamed the kitchen, the kitchen blamed the front desk—absolutely no communication or accountability anywhere. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, riddled with mismanagement, misinformation, and poor customer service. This is definitely not what we expected, and we hope the management addresses these issues immediately.

Horrible experience booked the root at a price of 2700 per night, and the early check-in charges were 3000. Horrible service from front desk, infact booking was for two days, these people are saying checkin time is 1pm and checkout time is 11 am so I'll have to pay extra for that two hours which is absurd If you think about it. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Infact stay away from it.
