I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. The hotel atmosphere was welcoming, and all basic amenities were provided properly. What impressed me the most was the front office staff. They were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick, and the staff made sure all our needs were taken care of promptly. Their hospitality and friendly attitude truly made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with excellent customer service.

The place is under maintenance and dusty. Toilets and rooms also are bad. They are running this without completing work. Looks shady. Regret booking this place for stay seeing the reviews.

The hotel is located in a prime area, very close to Sony World Signal. The surroundings, locality, and premises are clean and well-maintained. The rooms have been recently renovated, so the bed and other in-room amenities are new and in excellent condition. The bathrooms are also clean and well kept. The only drawback during my stay was that the lift was not operational due to ongoing floor maintenance work. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. This is my second stay at this property, and on both occasions, the Operations Manager, Mr. Chaitak Saha, ensured a seamless check-in experience. The staff members are polite, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a peaceful and pleasant stay. I hope the management continues to maintain these high standards in the future
