NIGHTMARE! I can bet that all the good reviews are fake -100% The worst hotel one can ever find. Rude front desk, management and staff. They treat you like an animal. We booked 10 rooms for our company and employees. Each room has issues No electricity all night Rats roaming in the buffet area And when you point that out to management they simply say you are free to leave All 10 employees were harassed by the staff and management

Nice spacious room, with a lovely bathroom, very clean and well looked after. Very friendly service and a great selection of local and international food for breakfast. The restaurant had lovely quality food, it was very quiet on both nights that we ate there,

Location : this hotel is very near to Bellandur RMZ Ecospace IT work field in the main road , google maps can show the address to, busses are available from majestic to this place. This hotel was functional earlier but due to some BBMP land issue it’s been closed from past 3-4 months. Kindly book some-other hotel for stay in Bellandur.

Rat Infested Hotel. I checked in at around 7.30pm on 04-03-2023 (Saturday) . Whole evening they didn’t give service saying ‘sir there is a wedding, staff is busy with that’. I had to go out to eat with my client as they could not serve even tea or snacks in the room. Post 11 pm rats were running around at the banquet area opposite my room, even thought it is on the first floor. Surprisingly no one cleaned the banquet hall and common area post the party (which is the norm in every hotel). Wanted water at 11.30pm, no one picked up call at reception or even restaurant, I had to walk down to the lobby to get water. At morning I wanted tea at 8am, the girl at reception said “last night was a wedding party so staff will come late, pls come down to have the tea in the restaurant” I had to step down for the tea. There was no water in the bathroom till 10 am, not even in the flush. When water came, there was no pressure in the shower, there was no bucket or mug also in the bathroom, had to manage as i had a flight to catch. The breakfast buffet was on the ground floor, there was only 1 person in dirty clothes. Asked for eggs, he said they are over. Spotted a rat running around the food, so entered the kitchen, the kitchen was also dirty and there was no staff, only 2 ladies. The banquet was not cleaned even till 12 noon when i checked out. Similar complaints were given by other room guests at the reception but again there was only a girl and no senior staff. The property is good but not maintained and it's with the wrong management team. They are very low on staff thus no hygiene. Never coming back. Edited Review on 29-04-2023 It's almost 2 months and the hotel team has not cared to reply but as there was a photo with the face clearly visible of the kitchen boy Mr. A Khan i had clicked in dirty clothes, the hotel team gave my details and mobile number to him and he has been constantly calling me to delete his photo. so i had to delete it today. Shows the professionalism of the hotel towards their guests.

We had horrible experience staying in this hotel. First day went off well except for the flush not working. Second day we went for breakfast and even by 8:30 the buffet was not ready. We managed with whatever was available. The most unbearable experience was going without power. Morning the power went off and the generator was not working. Even by 8pm the power has not come. The staff is clueless and have no idea how to handle customers. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. And those who are looking for hotels in Bellandur please stay away from this hotel.
