One of my worst experiences. First of all, the place isn't exactly situated as mentioned in the Google maps. It's slightly farther away. As soon as I reached, there was no one at the reception. The reception was dingy, dark and shabby. After a good 10 mins, one guy lazily walked in and reluctantly checked me in. He also gave me a small paper that had the coupon for WiFi. Upon reaching the room, I realised the AC remote wasn't working. I had to ask the room service guy and had to good wait another 15 mins before he brought the remote. Again, there was no water kept. Another 15 mins! After a while I called up the reception to order and to my surprise found that they don't have a restaurant. He said he could send some menu cards and I could order directly from outside hotels. I told him not to bother and I ordered from swiggy. Once my food arrived, I called up room service to ask for plates and spoons. And yes, two reminders later the plates n spoons came after 30 mins by which time my food went cold. I thought I'll use the WiFi, but to my horror the credentials that he gave said Coupon Already Used! In the middle of the night there was a power cut. When I tried calling the reception no one answered. It was then restored after an hour. In the morning, it takes about 40 mins to get hot water running in the tap and you have to waste atleast 2 buckets of water (so much for environment friendly!) The breakfast was the highlight. They said it was complimentary and so I had asked them what time is it being served. They said it'll be served at the room. I was waiting for it from 7.30 but apparently they start breakfast only at 8.30. That's a joke. People have to travel to different parts of the city and can't afford to have breakfast so late. Anyway, at 8.40 breakfast was served and guess what? 2 cold, soggy, oil soaked pooris were served and that's it!!! My worst experience in a hotel and never ever am I going over there.

Had the worst experience at this hotel. I tried out 5 different room and finally found a room which was slightly better during my Check in. All rooms were so dusty and not at all maintained. The rooms pictures are not recent ones. During the night there was power failure for more than five times. During this time not even the intercom was working, couldnt even call to enquire about the situation. The breakfast options are limited and they serve from the eatry next door. Had a wrong communication regarding the check out time, and the attitude from the staffs were also rude especially at tge reception. Worst oyo experience ever.

No hot water for showers, very noisy room. Some rules for some guests, other rules for others. Very cool area that it's in but would not recommend the hotel. Ghetto rigging like this light fixture and mold all over the bathroom door deserve at least 5 stars in whatever category they're in. Not the 3 described by Google.

A budget hotel with moderately sized rooms and all basic amenities. Decent bathrooms with complementary toiletries. The main complaint is that hot water supply is available only during the morning hours. Somehow the management has not rectified it despite being stated in multiple online reviews. The room had a comfy beds, TV with satellite network access, wardrobe, minibar, desk, dining table and chairs. We were provided complementary breakfast, which was tasty and fulfilling. Has elevator access to the floors. Filtered drinking water provided. The reception area is just basic. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen. Meals in room service, if ordered, will be delivered from an adjacent eatery. There are a large number of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs in the neighborhood. The hotel is a leisurely walk away from Indiranagar Metro Station. Numerous branded retail shops around.

Worst experience ever. Worst hotel. We had booked 15 rooms for wedding. The hotel assured us that the elevators would work. However, no elevator worked. No light in three of the bathrooms. No hot water available even in the morning in most of the rooms. No busboy to carry the luggage, despite elevator not working. No one to complain to. Despite such pathetic services they had the audacity to call and harass for extra payment and they not just called us bur called every guest housed in that hotel. They do not have ethics nor do they have any services. The worst hotel ever. Do not go there.
