I stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. The night shift staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really stood out. Also the manager was very attentive. The hotel offers a good price-to-quality ratio, making it an excellent choice for solo travelers. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel shack, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that all they care about is money. The check-in process felt more like a sales pitch than a welcome. The staff pushed overpriced add-ons and didn’t seem interested in providing basic information about the amenities. The room was in terrible condition—dirty, cramped, and poorly maintained. It felt like they were cutting every corner to maximize profit. When I mentioned my concerns to the front desk, I was met with rude responses that made me feel unwelcome. They clearly have no regard for customer satisfaction.. Overall, it’s a money-driven establishment with a complete lack of hospitality. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. There are far better options out there where you’ll be treated with respect.manger Rakesh behaviour is very rude .. one who handling front dest old lady she help lot .. I request to the management please change manger.. his dressing sence like totally looking a road side shop worker .. Previously I stay in 2019 2023 also . That mangement and manger Rajesh and and front office ladies . house keeping worker working way and talk every thing is very good. But now it's like a local bar, and oyo rooms.manger Rakesh beviour is worst, He asking extra amt also....

Room is neat and spacious, but we had lot of issues with maintenance . The 1st room we stayed in, the tubelight kept turning off, heater in restroom wasn't working, bottom piece of the kettle kept coming off. The bed had a big horizontal bump. The 2nd room we asked them to check everything is working, and we were reassured of the same. But again we had problems with heater in restroom, had to request for kettle, tea cups n all. Extra mattress and blanket was paid for, but mattress and only cotton bedsheets were provided. But the staff were friendly and helpful, for the 2nd room they offered another room with working heater.

Location is reachable, so we booked this hall with food with them for the first time.These people are cheated us very badly. Food was also not good and they didn't serve properly to our guest mean to say first of all the plates used were very small to place all the dishes and they kept only 1 piece of either chicken, mutton, fish. They charged Rs.1,200 per plate, remaining food also they did not accept to give back us. In total I disappointed badly. They are the best cheaters. They are not following professional ethics.
