We had a wonderful stay at Golden Fortune Hotel, Bangalore! The manager, Vinay, was exceptionally courteous and ever willing to help us throughout our visit. From booking our vehicles to guiding us on the best places to shop, he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He even kept some of our food items in the freezer — a small gesture that meant a lot to us. Thanks to Vinay, we truly felt at home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and excellent service!

Rooms can be more spacious.. it was small for a room with balcony.. Found cockroaches and bugs in the room.. felt terribly disappointed.. informed the hotel staff also. Some weird smell comes in the common areas and rooms.. don't know why. Had to spray room freshner several times. The neighbouring building is a community hall where loud music was played till midnight. Couldn't sleep properly. The only plus is the staff here. Smiling and welcoming people who treats guests good. For the hotel staffs, I would give a full 10/10. Rest everything is poor.

One of the worst stays ever experienced. Rooms weren’t upto the mark when we arrived Woke up the next morning at 8am due to fluctuating electricity. Rooms were out of running tap water until after 10:30am in the morning. Went up for breakfast at 9:40am to find empty utensils and watery gravies. Asked the kitchen staff for a slice bread they told us they had none left. For the price of 4.5k we paid for a night at this hotel the service and stay was really unpleasant. You can’t expect your guest to compromise on basic things like running water, electricity and breakfast when they come to relax at a hotel.

One of the worst places for a hassle-free booking experience. These people clearly do not care about customer experience or professionalism. My booking was confirmed through Agoda, but after confirmation they asked us to cancel it and book directly with them at a higher price. To make things worse, they did not even answer calls from Agoda support when the issue was being escalated. Because of their irresponsible handling, my friend was left stranded on the road without accommodation. Completely unacceptable behavior. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the Logos Retreat Centre, and our experience was excellent. In addition to the convenient location, the property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff were consistently helpful and professional, with special mention to the manager, Arman, for his outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel.
