Rooms are not clean and dusty too I asked the waiter to bring some room spray but he didnt bought . Rest bathroom is so outdated because they had provided bath tub and the nozel was left open means you cant store the water and relax in such a bath tub you will get only hand shower to take bath because normal shower was jam. Bad expeience with hotel grand inn.

Close to prime locality. Rooms are clean and tidy. Food from restaurant is also of good quality. Hotel service need improvement, certain things which is expected as standard from a 3 star hotel will get done only on request, like keeping water in the room.. or changing bed spreads.

The worst place to visit. The rest rooms are not kept very clean and also don’t have enough soap or tissue papers to be used, in fact the toilet doesn’t have seat also. The water taps are not functioning properly. The food is too oily. The rooms are not properly cleaned. The service also is the worst, for example, we were having conference, and the teas and snacks took more than 1 hour even after reminding multiple times.

The Restaurant in the ground floor is good, the staff are kind.. Dish suggested by them is great, location is good. Parking space available. A party hall for a group of 30 + members available. The arrangements and food is good.

Room are neat, clean and spacious. Location wise it's little bit tough to search for outsiders. Food was pretty good. Good thing is that this place is near to the Bengaluru Railway Station and the majestic bus stand. Point to note the buffet breakfast is for an hour only so you need to get that as soon as possible. We came for a team outing here and enjoyed our stay here. Parking is also good here. Overall a decent place on a good budget.
