Nice budget hotel near tech parks in bellundur. Helpful staff.

The rooms are spacious there. Rooms bathroom are clean and the staff were also nice.

Very good rooms also staffs are very helpful samir is a good and Friendly guy, near by hotels are available very friendly environment all over love it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Initially, we were given a room on the 2nd floor. After staying for about 5 days, the water heater stopped working. We informed the staff, and they assured us it would be replaced. However, even after waiting for 2 days, nothing was done. When we followed up again, we were asked to shift to a much smaller room with only one bed, which was not suitable for us. After insisting, they showed us another room with two beds, and we agreed to move there. Surprisingly, the manager then sent a staff member to inform us that they were no longer willing to provide that room. Eventually, they shifted us to a room on the top floor. Although the room initially looked fine, everything changed once it started raining. The room leaked so badly that it felt like it was raining inside the room more than outside. It was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, just outside the room there were around 100 bags of garbage piled up, creating a terrible smell. There were also large rats running around that area. Later, I found out that the same place was being used as the hotel’s kitchen, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The service throughout our stay was poor, the staff was unhelpful, and the management handled issues very unprofessionally. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Not recommended.

Only good thing is the location. Bathroom flush does not work properly, showerhead does not work. There are noises at mid night. Only good thing is the location.
