Regrettably, our stay at the suites did not meet our expectations. We had intended to stay for two weeks but felt compelled to check out the following day due to several issues. - The room had an unpleasant odor, suggesting that someone had previously smoked inside. - The bathroom was not adequately clean and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, there were used slippers present. - The bed sheets and covers had stains. - A significant number of mosquitoes and roaches were found underneath the bed and the couch. These concerns were mentioned when we checked out. I hope your team can address these issues promptly. Good Luck.

My stay here was 3 days. Rooms are not that clean. The beds and the bathrooms were decent. But the water flow from the shower was little slow. There was no additional services which is not good considering the room price. It was 2k/night which is too high in my opinion. The Wifi works fine. There was no free breakfasts, no A/Cs which was mentioned on amenities. Giving 3 stars because price is little higher, IMO.

We booked this place for our a family of guests visiting us for a family wedding. On the face of it the rooms were clean and spacious ,while the location was nice and leafy. Unfortunately,what actually transpired left us absolutely shocked, disgusted and disillusioned. Our guests checked in by around midnight and were expecting a quiet night's sleep. Instead,they were up for an ordeal. The bathroom flush was not working, not to mention insects/cockroaches crawling around. A so called "plumber" kept tinkering at the flush till 1.30 am, forcing our guests to stay awake. To top that ,the electric kettle was not working and even multiple replacements kept failing. Breakfast was served cold in the rooms, despite our guests requesting that they be served breakfast in their dining area. It was then that our guests realized that there was just one person multitasking as the receptionist, housekeeping, room service, plumber and electrician. Unable to persevere this pathetic service, our guests finally requested us to shift them to a different hotel. This, on the wedding day, pushing up our stress levels through the roof. Predictably, the hotel declined to refund our advance citing their "cancellation policy". No ethical or moral responsibility even hinted at, by the hotel. I would absolutely recommend NOT falling for the pics and description on the booking sites. The service is something that totally negates the few advantages the place has. Wish there were black stars available in the review options to rate their abysmal service. My reservations were Walk-in bookings and your site or customer support execs do not entertain such bookings. I probably have to reconcile to the fact that my money is lost. Thank you so much.

We stayed here a week ago. If you want a toilet that doesn't flush and staff that won't fix it, you can try this hotel. Sure, the staff are warm and hospitable, but I am not sure that can "solve all problems"... The breakfast buffet room has a total of 3 tables and 8 chairs for a hotel with 30+ rooms. So if you are hungry for breakfast, you better hope other guests aren't! All other facilities are passable, but unfortunately, your money can buy a better experience else where.
