This place is just okay . It's good for backpackers and solo travellers but for families with young children and teens this place can be avoided. The prices are also not very low keeping in mind the services they are providing. The reception guys are not active and it hardly matters to them if there is water in the room or not. The rooms are congested and very less spacious. The bathroom is clean . If you are travelling with family having children and young teens you can avoid this but backpackers, solo travellers who are looking for some budget stay this can be one option. The prices are like Rs 2500-3000 per day which is not very less also.

Room was clean, guest service was smooth from check in to check out , food was great but more food options can be given. Moni and Sunita as hotel managers were quite friendly.

Did my booking through the Treebo website, I recommend booking with them personally if you look for better service. All services were eventually provided but after some heated discussions. Maintained mostly by staff and no management is at sight so they need to call them every time they try to make rescissions. Location is good for the price. More communicative and productive staff would have been better.

My recent stay at Treebo Trend Blue Dawn Gachibowli was far from the pleasant experience I had anticipated. Despite the promising images and descriptions on the website, the reality fell short in several ways. One of the most glaring discrepancies was the condition of the rooms. While they appeared clean and inviting online, the reality was quite different. The rooms were shockingly dirty, with visible stains on linens and towels, and an overall lack of cleanliness that was hard to ignore. Adding to the disappointment was the quality of the toiletries provided. They were subpar, failing to meet even basic standards, which was surprising given the hotel's claims of hospitality. Moreover, throughout my stay, there was a complete absence of housekeeping services. The room was not cleaned once, and neither the linens nor the towels were changed, resulting in an unhygienic environment that was unacceptable. On top of these issues, the absence of room service made it difficult to access essential amenities, and the breakfast provided was below par, lacking variety and freshness. To make matters worse, there was a persistent smell of smoke throughout the premises, making the stay uncomfortable for non-smokers. Additionally, the presence of street dogs on the entry stairs added to the unwelcoming atmosphere. To add insult to injury, I received calls prior to check-in pressuring me to make payments, suggesting that rooms might not be available otherwise. In conclusion, my experience at Treebo Blue Dawn Gachibowli was highly unsatisfactory. The misleading representation of the facilities, combined with poor service and unhygienic conditions, make it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to others. If you're considering a stay in the area, I would strongly advise exploring alternative accommodations.
