Probably the worst staff behavior ever encountered in my life. Booked this hotel for family function, had already paid half the price as booking amount, on the day my guests arrived, none of the rooms were cleaned and ready for handover.. Worst when I complained about it at the reception the guy had the audacity to ask me to pay full amount of booking before they can clean and hand over the rooms. My guests had to spend the entire night in those filthy rooms and use those equally dirty toilets. It was only when we started to move out the next day, they cleaned the rooms and pleaded us to stay. Wouldn't pay even 100₹ for the rooms. If you are booking this hotel it's your own funeral.

I went there for exam. This hotel 🏨 is good but here some problem 😔 that this is is afflicted by Oyo and when you book online room in low price but when you came here to check-in they say to cancel ❌ the online booking and charges to you twice of online booking price. You have to wait for 2-3 hour there and you get disappointed 😞. Atlast you have to book offline from their counter and check-in the room. Room was good. They give you water 💦 bottle for drinking water. You have personal washroom. In room you find everything that need for a person in living a room. After check-in they behave good 👍. They always ask to you your problem and you need.

Very very bad service that even can't imagine, there was no arrangement of drinking water for customer, after repeated calls they just provide a one litre (1ltr) bottle of drinking water, and after that you have to buy, and a 1lit bottle they charge it for 30 rs. The room service was too poor. The surroundings are very dirty. I booked it from Oyo for just 599/- (which it actually deserves) but after reaching there (unfortunately we reached there around 9p.m. at night) they are showing that our payment of rs 1250 is due and I had to pay at that moment,after that we noticed that bar facility was added with the amount and said that bar facility is included with there charges, and and we didn't noticed or get any bar facility (btw we didn't require it ). The geyser was not working, the bathroom was very dirt, flash of pane was not working properly.very much unsatisfied with hotel service and Oyo service. My suggestion for everyone is not to book this hotel at any cost. Full waste of money.

The worse hotel i hve visited in my life.. They cancelled booking when i arrived at their doorstep by saying that they have no rooms left..they totally harass the customer.. Never recommend to visit

Terrible experience hosting my wedding here. Giving it one star because zero is not an option. Can not even begin to explain what a nightmare these guys turned my special day into. To begin with, the property consists of One big lawn, two small lawns and a hotel. While booking, all of this was being managed by one guy (Yash). However, the hotel part has been leased out to a lady and her son, who do not know the basics of client service. The rooms are not secure -- most of the keys work as master keys, so most of the rooms will open with whatever key the hotel hands you. Sheets/towels are not clean, they were stingy with toiletries. We did not get most of the rooms we had booked on time (Despite being promised), the hotel staff had to be called multiple times for the smallest of help. The hotel started demanding full payment two days before check in, which we refused. We had already paid the advance they had asked for while booking. A lot of this we would have been willing to overlook, since we got the rooms for 1600 each, which we initially thought was a good deal, but what followed made even that look like a high price. On the afternoon of my wedding, 20 of the hotel staff start eating from our caterers. Our wedding party for that afternoon was just 40. Nobody from the hotel management had asked us for doing so, and we did not account for 20 extra place. On being asked who these people were (since we had not even seen this staff for over 24 hours) the staff insulted our guests and nearly started a physical scuffle. The management also began to insult us, as if it they were the grooms side and we had refused them food. Throughout the rest of the wedding they continued to throw veiled insults at us, about being 'bad bengalis'. Had to remind them that we had booked them for a service, we were their guests, and we were not hosting a charity event. The scuffle ensued till next morning where we were harassed into changing the rooms we had booked -- so during my Vidai, my guests were struggling to move all the wedding related luggage -- gifts, puja items, all the guest's luggage etc to the topmost floor that does not have a lift. They made us do this by saying that they had other bookings. We realised much later that they had no other bookings and this was done only to harass us. The original White Palace google listing is called White Palace Hotel & Resort -- you can see similar reviews there. I wish I had paid heed to those. The owners have now created this new listing and given themselves good ratings. The lawns were good enough for the wedding but do not take the hotel if its still being managed by the lady and her son. Also if you book this place for a wedding you have to get their recommended decorator and no one else. They will mention this only after booking.
