Pathetic service and receptionist so rude. No lake view at all.. Lift looks so old and dangerous. If u take my advice just stay away from this hotel

From January till February 2023 stayed at Jalan Lake View Guest House come hotel and the service which we had recieved till today dated as on 23th Feb 2023 Mr.Devendar prasad and Rajkumar both were very polite and attentive while receiving the request from us had given very Good and excellent service at their property. I hope they will be giving the service again when ever we come the the property.

I stayed here in jalan lake view through OYO rooms from 03-01-2021 to 07-01-2021 Location: hotel is situated in good calm place and you can have easily access to the park and lake which is just opposite for spending time. Hotel service: Even though I checked in the hotel on booked dates but in oyo it is shown as NOT SHOWN, upon checking with OYO customer care very bad experience. Is it not fishy? 1) I stayed in 302 and 305, deluxe room but rather I would say it mosquito rooms. You will get assurance from Hotel staff that even if you get mosquito bite nothing will happen, may god keeps his word and nothing happens. 2) we stayed for 3 days and no sanitization, service and no linen changes.upon asking, hotel staff said, since mine is 3 day booking linen will be changed on alternative days only. 3) At the time of checkin- staff will say to pay some advance amount and rest can be Paid at check out but manager will knock your door every day multiple times and will ask you to clear the dues immediately. Upon checking with owner, he says as per hotel policy full amount should be paid at the time of checkin. Not sure why the hotel staff harrased us everyday 4) Room says Lakeview but litterally you cannot open the door to enjoy the view of lake, if you do so mosquitoes also will enjoy by sucking your blood. 5) Donot forget to ask for bill as they will not give untill you demand them. Since we went to kolkata on Emergency work, and bg scheduled so we had to adjust with no time. Apply ODOMUS if you are planning to stay in this hotel for your own safety.

Third Class hotel. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. Severely UNSAFE for GIRLS and WOMENS. Deserves negative rating. I booked hotel from 6:00am to 12:00 pm for 6 hours from an website BREVISTAY. Literally it was like nightmare for me and my wife. I reached Howrah Station around 3:30 am from train no 02101. My next train was around 2:00 pm. As my wife is with me so I decided to book hotel on hourly basis from website named BREVISTAY. I book Uber taxi from Howrah to hotel Jalan Lake View or Jalan Guest house. When we reached hotel it was just opposite of what we expected. Severely old lift. Reception Man was sleeping and on asking for room he told us that you have to pay full day payment for the early Check in. We told him that we already paid 850 rupees for 6 hours. Then also that lazy and irresponsible Reception man in drunked unconcious sleepy state keep saying that you have to pay full day payment.Reception man even don't listen what you are saying. So with lot of frustation we cancelled our booking and come again to Howrah Station and stayed in Howrah station AC waiting room. My Strict advice to all of you is that don't use Website BREVISTAY and dont book JALAN GUEST HOUSE OR JALAN LAKE VIEW HOTEL or it will be the biggest mistake of your journey life. BREVISTAY WEBSITE AND HOTEL JALAN GUEST HOUSE ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMS.

chor hotel manager . he will denie checkin first and will not pickup the call when you will reach there then he will demand more money about 500/nigth . And you just arrived hotel after spending 300 in cab so you will think to take this hotel . this type of scams happen in kolkata by these chors hotel manager .
