Poor service. And room was dirty and damp. AC was not working properly and there was no remote for AC. Bathroom was too much dirty. And most important thing, at the time of billing they took only cash payment. And no bill provided.

Located in sukanta Nagar area. nearby to the road and bus stop.A good hotel under oyo. The staffs are so helpful and well behaved. Have gone there quite a few times. Food was really good. Room was clean . Except one small room on the first floor all the others we stayed was good .

A small budget guest house. The receptionist was a very friendly lady. Hotel staff were polite and good. The location of the hotel was very convenient if you have come to Kolkata for a business purpose in salt lake area then this the best hotel I will recommend. Just get down at chinghrighata crossing and walk towards the sukanta nagar club its just 2 mint walking distance.

Room quality is above average but apart from that staff is really friendly and helpful. My mobile was discharged and I asked for Charger thinking they won't give me as normally people don't but they did and apart from that they helped us out with route information too. Really great hospitality.

The room was very dirty with bad smell and bathroom was waterlogged. I wondered how such a dirty room got 4 stars on oyo and soon I figured out. At the time of checkout the staff pleaded for my mobile and himself gave 5 star ratings. No doubt they do this for every booking. Otherwise the rating wouldn't have been more than 2 stars.
