It is a 5 star hotel and no services are that of a 5 star. Food quality could be much much better. Staff servicing could be improved. The reception staff can be someone who could be polite and always speak for the customer. Their restaurant AC doesn’t seem to be working in full phase. Overall i would say it’s an okeish hotel to stay

Disappointing Experience for a 5-Star Hotel I recently stayed at Pride Plaza, expecting a top-notch experience from a 5-star establishment, but I was left quite disappointed. The hotel is situated in a prime area, making it easy to access popular tourist spots and business centers. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt in their daily service. The level of service did not live up to the 5-star standard. The staff seemed inattentive and unorganized. When I requested assistance, it often took a long time to get a response, and several of my requests were either delayed or ignored. The check-in process was slow, and there seemed to be confusion regarding the booking details. The check-out was also delayed due to billing issues.

housekeeping service by Mohanlal singha is excellent and very cooperative. Laundry services are really quick. Good facilities like gym, swimming pool,spa.

Disappointing Experience - Staff Behavior Needs Improvement I recently stayed at Pride Hotel in Delhi, and while the hotel's amenities and location were satisfactory, the staff behavior was a major letdown. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be quite rude and uncooperative, which significantly impacted my overall experience. During my stay, I encountered several instances where the staff displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Simple requests were met with a dismissive attitude, and even basic queries were handled with a sense of annoyance. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where guest satisfaction should be the top priority. While the hotel itself has potential, the staff's behavior needs significant improvement. Until then, I would caution others to think twice before booking a stay at Pride Hotel Delhi. Pros: Good location, decent amenities Cons: Poor staff behavior, lack of courtesy and professionalism
