Very bad room looks like hospital described as below Room conditions are very worst. Worst bathroom. very dirty room and washroom. No place to seat in bathroom somehow you have to manage. Water flow is very less looks like eye drops. Dirty badsheet, Dirty pillow. Overall Very bad hotel.Neverever go here.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The bed linens are dirty and have holes in them. The bathrooms floors have paan stains. It is a yucky experience. The manager is completely uncooperative. I had an interview the next day and asked the manager if he will arrange to get my shirt ironed. He said there is no iron in the entire hotel and there is no way he could help. I had to go around immediately after checking in looking for a place to get my shirt ironed. Later, I had to pay a hotel staff and he went somewhere to get my clothes ironed. Never go to this hotel. It will be the worst experience of your life.

After getting good ratings and reviews, one looses their own integrity to continue. Same happened with Bellanzo. Hotel Staff service is extremely bad. I would recommend if you stay somewhere else. The Owner is a very unhelpful man and his behaviour is extremely rude. It doesn't matter where you book from you'll face this. The menu has vast of options just for seeing. They have kitchen but no cook. There are many places nearby, please don't book for the sake of your ownself.

Very pathetic experience...I will not recomend this hotel to anyone please don't go to this hotel very bad unclean room , bathroom, ac remote not working, room with bad smell ,.. staff said" বেশি ঠান্ডা হয়ে গেলে বন্ধ করবেন, পরে আবার চালাবেন, " what a idea, we have a cancer patient undergoing treatment, and we r spending our time with on off the AC.

the experience was really poor. Was given room number 203 at 2nd floor. during check-in, payment couldn't be made through credit/debit card as POS machine was not available. the room provided was very dirty, was not cleaned for ages. the linens and pillows were dirty and had stains. the tv was not working. the wifi was not working. the room had bad smell. the in-house kitchen was not functional. the intercom was not working. receptionist didn't pick up the call. the room didn't have the amenities promised during booking. The room didn't have a single table, the almirah was broken. Poor location. The licence of the guest house should be banned.
