Hotel is near to howrah railway station,Room is newly renovated and looks very good . Bathroom cleaninness is well maintained. Hotel provides good food ,need to work food price. Overall stay was very good and staff is very supportive.

The Bed was slightly uncomfortable as it was making certain noise. Also, the prices which were said to us by the receptionist and the prices which were shown in the hotel site apps were different. We have also faced difficulties in pricing points as of offline booking as when they showed us the room they quoted some different rate & receptionist quotes us differ rate. Although the experience was very warm 24*7 access to the gate, the gate keepers were kind enough. The staff were pretty good. And we had their coffee & breakfast meal which was good in taste too. It's definitely my go to hotel to stay in.

One of the best hotel near howrah railway station. Good for family as staff are very courteous and helpful. Whenever I visit howrah I love to stay at this hotel . Nearby veg restaurant are available. Howrah AC market is walking distance . One can visit Dakshineswar kali temple,belurmath ,kalighat , My trip was for gangasagar it went very well . Thank you kiaan inn hotel team .

The Bedsheet and Pillow covers were really dirty and even had blood strains. Service is poor, it takes a lot of time. Location wise Ok.
