The Hotel is in a good location but needs to upkeep a lot of things. Their bathroom is full of insects and leaking water. Beds doesn't give you a comfortable sleep. Food is not available according to menu.

OYO Rooms 360 is nice place to stay with your loved one's. You can find budget friendly AC rooms here. Room's are well decorated and clean. Hotel staff is good and cooperative. Food available is tasty and healthy. Food prices are as per menu card. Couples with one local IDs above 18yrs are allowed to check in.

Great hotel according to the price point. Polite and helping managers. You can order food from any online platform. You get free wifi, geyser, and other services too.

Rude staff, had paid for breakfast too but they kept me waiting for so long in the morning that I had no option but to leave. Despite calling up room service and reception repeatedly, failed to manage a cup of tea either in the morning. Mosquitoes were buzzing throughout the night and there were mites too. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I had a booking from oyo for this hotel with 1100 rupees & when I went to the property at 10.30pm, came to know by mistake booking got cancelled. Then they were trying to approach me to get a new booked room at 3000 rupees. After that I went another near by guesthouse at 11.30 & came to know that it's a strategy of Hotel City Inn, Kolkata.
