Horrible food at the main restaurant.. breakfast is ok. But buffet for dinner is really sub standard...they claim 1499 + tax but they don't deserve to price it even at 149 + tax. Very poor standard of service and food don't even ask.

Overall not a great experience. The checkin process was bad. I had booked a lake view room and the checkin staff tried to scam me into a normal room. They said all lake view rooms were full. However, after I threatened to email their management and cancel my company’s contract, they suddenly found an empty lake view room. 2 more people in my group got normal room even though they booked executive lake view rooms. So this scam seems to be happening at large levels. The breakfast is horrible. Seems stale on all days and I had only their coffee. They lost all my laundry. The laundry never delivers on time. Despite reminding to deliver the clothes before I checked out, they did not and I forgot to bring it with me while checkout. Then I had to call 6 times to get them to give my laundry to another friend who was still at the hotel (which they still have not done) The only good part is their cleaning staff who cleaned the room really well and the view from the executive room. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Full on scams, no accountability in staff and bad food. There are better places available.

TERRIBLE The one thing I expect from a hotel is a good mattress to sleep on The staff showed 4 rooms and they all have TERRIBLE mattresses. At least 10 years old. Worn out and sinking in. The springs hurt your back as you lie in it And you pay $100/ night for the privilege of this poor mattress experience.

I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful. Food in the cafe was good. There is a nice pool on the top floor and a gym. The pool is a nice place to sit outdoors and just enjoy the peace and quiet for a bit. Unfortunately there's no other areas to sit outdoors in the hotel Musis in lobby and cafe on ground level can be a little loud and thumping which is a little weird Good location. If you like walking, you can walk to Commercial Street or MG road.. Definitely walking distance to Thoms Bakery and Ulsoor Lake is a short walk away to have a jog or walk around the lake There are eating places etc around the area in walking distance

I wanted book banquet hall and called The Ulsoor Lemon tree they tried to connect to the manager but the line did not go through.Then when i called CRP Team one Mr.Rupesh spoke to me and refused to give any information,He was so insensitive and rude and had no idea what he was talking about.I don't recommend this hotel as they dont care about the clients and Business.
