The rooms are big enough and pleasant. Room rent is affordable. The surrounding view from the roof of the hotel is very pleasant. Service is good enough. Food quality is very good and variety of food available here. There are many things to see around such as Delhi haat marketplace. All those places can be reached very easily. Staff behavior is very good to everyone. They provide many services here such as flat screen tv, tea and coffee making facilities. They always have a smile on their faces.

I booked hotel for my parents and my elder brother for their US visa Biometric and interview. They were extremly happy with everything over there. Staffs were very good, food were very good. Rooms were big enough, Washrooms were good. Hotel Staff helped wih a lot of other stuff. It was very first time for them in delhi and they were very much confortable. Overall it was very satisfying thing for me. Thank you Hotel Veer Palace Management to keep my parents confortable.

Hotel is in very good location. But the inside looks very old and not maintained. For example, the bathroom door was not lockable and floors not old. During my stay, it was peaceful and quiet. No. disturbance from staff or anyone. I asked for room cleaning and change of sheets, I can't say they did great job there. But for a day stay quick travelling for a cheaper price this can be considered. For the current fare, they should definitely clean up and make the place better.

Absolutely hated my experience of staying at this hotel. Reception itself was the first red flag I encountered all untidy. The room given to us was a complete nightmare. It was used previously and hadn't been cleaned. There were q tips in the room and bathroom reeked of stench. After requesting for a "new" room we were offered another one which was no better. Chewing gum stuck under the tap, stench from the rooms as always, no windows, ordered chai and they took 30 mins just to bring tea. Never in my life have i ever seen a worse hotel. Anyone who is planning to book here ill give you my advice. RUN. Pack everything and run because that's how they made us feel.

Good, decent place. Worth for money if you have work in AIIMS. Food quality can be improved. Good service and decent staff.
